Suryavanshi’s IPL 2026 campaign has been electrifying: 246 runs from six outings at 236 strike rate, dominating top bowlers with ease. Iyer, in a GeoStar interview, elaborated, ‘His bat flow is exceptional—the pre-ball rhythm screams future superstar.’
The Punjab skipper is firing on all cylinders too, with 208 runs in six innings (average 52, SR 182.45). He dissected his iconic six off Bumrah in last year’s qualifier: ‘Pure instinct—I wanted it flat and straight, no matter the length.’
