UP’s Yogi Administration Excels in Social Welfare Resolutions

Lucknow is witnessing the tangible outcomes of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s welfare-driven governance. The Social Welfare Department’s grievance redressal system, powered by the IGRS portal, has emerged as a lifeline for the common man. With swift action and high resolution rates, public confidence in state administration is soaring. Out of 9,604 online complaints, a staggering 8,896—or 92.6%—have been resolved efficiently. Traditional offline channels are no slouch either, settling 889 of 1,035 cases at 85.9% success. Key programs such as pensions for seniors and student scholarships receive top priority, providing crucial financial support without delays. In just one year, direct aid reached 3,168 beneficiaries, with 991 more assisted in recent months.
