Girls Rule Jamia 12th Results: 92% Pass Rate Achieved

Delhi’s prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia has unveiled stellar Class 12 results for 2025-26, where female students continued their reign of supremacy over boys in every stream, pushing the overall pass rate to 92%.

Breaking down the numbers, Science stream girls achieved 94.84% pass rate versus 91.4% for boys. Commerce girls hit 92.77% against boys’ 85.27%, and Arts girls soared to 97.64% compared to 88.77% boys.

The announcement, made amid applause from university officials, was led by Vice Chancellor Mazhar Asif alongside Registrar Mohammad Mahatab Alam Rizvi and Examination Controller Ehteshamul Haq. School principals joined to witness the moment.

Science toppers include Saima Rizvi (98.8%, Jamia Senior Secondary), Mo Kalim Ansari (97.4%, Syed Abid Husain Senior Secondary), and Mo Muaz Alam (97.2%, Jamia Senior Secondary).

Commerce was topped by Mo. Sahil Saifi (97.4%, Jamia Senior Secondary), with Rukhsar Parveen and Laiba Ayubi tying at 97.2% (both Jamia Senior Secondary), and Shayan Hasan Khan third at 96.8% (Syed Abid Husain).

In Arts, Kashifa led with 98.2% from Jamia Girls Senior Secondary. Ilma Shameem (Jamia Girls) and Halima Parveen (Jamia Senior Secondary) both scored 97.6% for second place.

These results not only highlight gender excellence but also Jamia’s robust academic framework. As celebrations ensue, the focus shifts to higher education opportunities for these high achievers.
