Raipur, April 16, 2026/
The innovation being carried out by the Dhamtari District Administration to simplify and make revenue services accessible in remote and submergence-affected areas is now yielding effective results. Under the guidance of the administration, several revenue cases were quickly resolved on the spot today through the link court organized at the Gram Panchayat Bhavan Akaladongri, bringing great relief to the villagers.
A large number of villagers arrived with their applications for the link court proceedings. The Presiding Officer listened with sensitivity and promptness, resolving 3 cases of error correction immediately. Additionally, 2 applications for mutation due to death, 2 for mutation based on purchase-sale, 1 for land demarcation, and 1 for account division were received.
A significant achievement of today’s proceedings was the local-level resolution of a complex and disputed mutation case. In this matter, statements of all 12 interested parties were recorded on the spot, which accelerated the long-pending process and eliminated unnecessary delays.
With the organization of the link court, villagers no longer have to make rounds to the Tehsil headquarters. Hearing cases in the village itself saves both time and money, and the transparent process also strengthens trust in the administration.
To deliver revenue services to the public, the district administration has ensured a system where a link court is regularly organized every Thursday in Akaladongri and every Friday in Borai. This allows people from remote areas to avail the benefits of government services in their own region.
Satisfied with the swift justice and simplification of processes in the village, the villagers appreciated this initiative and expressed their gratitude to the administration. This initiative is emerging as a strong example of the administration’s commitment to good governance and public service.
