Opportunity of government service for 430 youth of Chhattisgarh, appointment letters handed over to Laboratory Attendants

Raipur April 16, 2026/Taking another significant step towards empowering the future of youth and ensuring transparent recruitment systems in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today presented appointment letters to 430 selected Laboratory Attendants under the Higher Education Department in a dignified ceremony held at the auditorium of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated all the newly appointed candidates and said that the state government is fully committed to building a bright future for the youth. He said that extensive reforms have been made to make recruitment processes transparent, impartial, and systematic in the state, the positive results of which are now beginning to be seen.

Chief Minister said that the ‘Good Governance and Convergence Department’ has been constituted with the objective of ensuring probity and accountability in administration, and the functions of the secretariat have been linked to e-governance, thereby effectively blocking avenues of corruption. He clarified that any injustice with the future of the youth will not be tolerated.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that by handing over the investigation of the previous PSC scam to the CBI, the government has sent a message that transparency and justice are the highest priorities. Along with this, strict legal provisions have been made to prevent unfair means in recruitment examinations, which will further strengthen the credibility of the examinations.

He further said that work is being done towards the formation of the ‘Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board’ and the implementation of a fixed ‘Examination Calendar’ to make recruitment processes simple and accessible.

Chief Minister said that employment opportunities for local youth in the private sector are being increased through the state’s new industrial policy. Employment generation is being accelerated by promoting industries, so that along with government jobs, the private sector can also become a strong option for the youth.

Chief Minister called upon all newly appointed employees to work with dedication, honesty, and commitment, and said that they should play an active role in building a developed Chhattisgarh.

Higher Education Minister Shri Tankram Verma described this recruitment process as a significant achievement and said that the entire process has been based on the principles of transparency, impartiality, and good governance. He said that this is a historic initiative towards ensuring that deserving and talented youth get their rights. Minister Shri Verma informed that a counseling system has been adopted to ensure transparency in the placement process as well. This system reflects the government’s commitment to good governance.

He said that keeping in mind the goal of a developed India by 2047, this new generation will play an important role in taking Chhattisgarh to new dimensions of progress and prosperity. The recent appointments of Lab Technicians and now Laboratory Attendants are clear evidence of the government’s proactiveness in this direction.

In the program, Higher Education Secretary Dr. S. Bharidason congratulated the selected candidates and motivated them to discharge their duties with full integrity and dedication. On this occasion, Commissioner of Higher Education Department Dr. Santosh Devangan and departmental officers and employees were present.
