Arunachal Pradesh is expected to receive heavy rainfall between April 18 and April 21, while Assam and Meghalaya are likely to see significant precipitation on April 19 and 20. This dichotomy in weather is the result of a fresh Western Disturbance that is interacting with moisture-laden winds from the Bay of Bengal.
