Mohammad Rizwan, the son of the Sabdalpur Panchayat Mukhiya, is accused of intentionally running over a local resident, Rais Uddin, with his luxury SUV. Residents of Fatepur village describe Rizwan as a repeat offender who frequently misused his father’s political standing to intimidate others. On the day of the attack, he allegedly drove his siren-equipped vehicle recklessly through the village, ultimately targeting the victim following a heated argument. The collision left the victim with catastrophic injuries, and his family remains in deep shock as he remains on life support at the district hospital.
