In a testament to India’s burgeoning renewable energy landscape, Adani Green Energy announced blockbuster results for FY26 on Friday, showcasing unprecedented growth across key metrics. Core EBITDA from power supply leaped 23% to ₹10,865 crore from ₹8,818 crore in FY25, with an unwavering 91% margin that speaks volumes about cost discipline and efficiency.

Quarter four delivered equally strong numbers, with EBITDA up 20% at ₹2,944 crore versus ₹2,453 crore last year. Full-year power supply revenue grew 22% to ₹11,602 crore, while Q4 revenue advanced to ₹3,094 crore from ₹2,666 crore.

The company’s cash profit for the year increased 11% to ₹5,399 crore, and Q4 cash profit surged 21% to ₹1,494 crore. Driving this performance was a 34% rise in energy sales to 37,567 million units.

Most notably, Adani Green added 5.1 GW of greenfield capacity in FY26—outpacing FY25’s 3.3 GW—and boosted total operational capacity to 19.3 GW. This feat represents the largest annual greenfield expansion by any company outside China, cementing Adani’s dominance.

Sagar Adani, Executive Director, described the year as historic: ‘Powered by strong project execution and operational excellence, we’ve reached 19.3 GW, reinforcing our frontrunner status in India’s renewables and setting new global standards.’

Looking ahead, this performance positions Adani Green at the forefront of the global energy transition. With government policies favoring clean power and increasing corporate demand for green energy, the company is primed for exponential scaling. Investors and stakeholders will watch closely as Adani Green continues to redefine renewable benchmarks.
