Mamata Banerjee Heading for Bengal Poll Disaster: BJP’s Vallabh

In a fiery broadside from the national capital, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh has forecast a humiliating defeat for TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee in the West Bengal elections. On April 25, during an IANS interview, Vallabh painted a grim picture for the incumbent CM, stating she is on a fast track to a massive loss by May 4.

He ridiculed TMC’s litany of complaints – from EVM tampering allegations to Election Commission bias and recent impeachment threats – as desperate ploys to mask their crumbling fortunes. ‘The more excuses they conjure, the stronger our public mandate grows,’ Vallabh quipped. He likened the opposition’s self-delusion to wiping a clean mirror while ignoring the dirt on their own visages.

Vallabh lambasted Rahul Gandhi for peddling lies in Parliament about Indian soldiers’ sacrifices in ‘Operation Sindoor’ and downplaying victories over China. With the Army Chief’s statements vindicating India’s triumph, he demanded Gandhi’s public apology for denting troop morale.

The BJP leader reserved his harshest words for AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal, calling him an unparalleled betrayer who swore falsely on his children’s lives and double-crossed Delhi and Punjab voters. ‘A flip-flopper who abandons every promise and family ties can’t claim moral high ground,’ he charged. As AAP faces isolation and obliteration, Vallabh warned that history will dismiss it as a fleeting fraud.

With polls just days away, Vallabh’s onslaught underscores BJP’s aggressive campaign strategy, betting on anti-incumbency and governance failures to dethrone Banerjee’s regime.
