In a unanimous display of appreciation, the Gujarat Cabinet convened under CM Bhupendra Patel’s chairmanship to pass a resolution thanking the electorate for BJP’s resounding success in the local self-government polls. Held in Gandhinagar on Wednesday, the meeting emphasized the victory as a mandate for the state’s pro-growth policies.

Agriculture Minister and government spokesperson Jitu Vaghani elaborated that the cabinet formally acknowledged the BJP’s landmark win. ‘This outcome mirrors the public’s confidence in our leadership and developmental vision,’ he stated. The resolution declares that Gujarat’s vast population has renewed its faith in the administration led by Patel and Deputy CM Harsh Sanghvi.

Looking back, it credits over 25 years of progress to PM Modi’s strategic oversight and Amit Shah’s governance expertise. Implementation of flagship programs—including housing under PMAY, health via Ayushman Bharat, LPG through Ujjwala, micro-loans with PM SVANidhi, artisan support via PM Vishwakarma, and farmer aid through Kisan Samman Nidhi—has been bias-free and inclusive.

Homegrown successes like Jyotigram for village power, water projects Sujalam Sufalam and Sauni, and global investment forums like Vibrant Gujarat have transformed the economy. Industrial booms in high-tech sectors such as semiconductors and green energy stand testament to these initiatives. Excitement builds around Gujarat’s 2030 Commonwealth Games hosting rights, promising enhanced sports facilities.

As local bodies now align firmly with BJP, the cabinet’s gesture reinforces a narrative of continuity and ambition, positioning Gujarat as a model of governance excellence in India.
