Ankit Kumar, the son of the deceased Ramanand Mahto, recounted the horrific moments of the night. ‘My father was sleeping outside near the door, as he usually did. At around 1:30 AM, we were startled by his screams. By the time we reached him, he was covered in blood,’ Ankit shared with local authorities.
