Starting from May 15, 2026, the second board exam series offers a flexible pathway for students to enhance their academic standing. The week-long exam series is structured to be intense but manageable, beginning with the Mathematics papers on May 15. Following the opening day, the English exam is set for May 16. A day of preparation leads into the Science examination on May 18. On May 19, the board will facilitate a wide range of language assessments, including Hindi and various regional languages like Punjabi, Marathi, and Gujarati, as well as international options. The penultimate day, May 20, focuses on skill-based and elective subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Painting, and Information Technology, along with Sanskrit. The examination cycle wraps up on May 21 with the Social Science paper. Most papers are scheduled for a duration of three hours, typically ending at 1:30 PM, though vocational subjects may have shorter durations.
