AAP MLA Harmeet Flees After Firing at Police, Facing Rape Charges

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Harmeet Pathanmajra has escaped from police custody. According to police sources, Harmeet fled after firing upon the police. The AAP MLA was arrested from Karnal, Haryana. While the police were taking Harmeet to the police station, he and his associates opened fire. A police officer was injured in the incident.

According to information, Harmeet fled by running his vehicle over the police officers. Harmeet and his associates fled in a Scorpio and a Fortuner vehicle. The police have caught the Fortuner vehicle. The MLA escaped in the Scorpio.
