Tensions soar in West Bengal’s electoral battleground as repolling decisions ignite a firestorm of accusations. BJP heavyweights across cities have thrown their weight behind the Election Commission’s calls, branding TMC’s protests as post-defeat theatrics.

Delhi’s BJP voice Shahnavaz Hussain cut straight to the chase in an IANS chat: “TMC lost the plot long before results—now it’s all drama. Strong room intrusions today, court pleas tomorrow. Pathetic.”

Echoing the sentiment, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi dissected TMC’s hypocrisy. “A clear pattern emerges in Bengal polls: losses trigger complaints, wins erase them. Bold talk turns to alibis—EVM assaults, strong room scandals, EC blame games. They’re exposed.”

UP’s Sanjay Nishad from Lucknow underscored the process. “State handles logistics, EC guards integrity. Irregularities demand repolls—it’s by the book, no debate needed.”

Kolkata’s Rahul Sinha dropped bombshells on EVM fiddling. “Tampered cameras, covert stickers ensuring TMC-only votes—EC’s booth-wide repoll order is justice served.”

Polling wrapped first round on 152 seats, second on 142. Counting looms May 4, with BJP portraying TMC as a cornered cat, lashing out in vain as defeat looms large.
