In a remarkable display of digital prowess, Delhi Police has clinched the number-one position on the national CCTNS Progress Dashboard for the sixth month running. With a flawless 100% score, they outshone every state and union territory, solidifying their reputation as pioneers in data-driven law enforcement.
This latest win in March 2026 caps off an impressive run that started in late 2025. Back-to-back perfect scores in October through December, plus January and February, highlight their consistency. The key? Effective rollout of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and mastery over platforms like CCTNS and ICJS.
The dashboard, overseen by the Home Ministry and NCRB, scrutinizes performance across multiple fronts: ensuring all police stations are online, setting up robust disaster recovery systems, maintaining high data accuracy, migrating old records, syncing data centers, e-filing FIRs in courts, enhancing public services, and conducting ICJS reviews.
Credit goes to the dedicated CCTNS team in the Crime Branch for their round-the-clock monitoring, instant issue resolution, district-level coordination, and comprehensive training programs. District officers and station staff matched this effort by timely record updates, full digitization, and seamless tech partnerships.
Standout leaders DCP Aditya Gautam, ACP Mukesh Rathi, and Inspector Rajiv Srivastava provided the visionary direction needed for success.
Commissioner Satish Golchha lauded the collective spirit, urging sustained excellence to advance modern, people-focused policing. Looking ahead, Delhi Police is committed to innovation for enhanced public safety.
