In a sharp critique amid West Bengal’s high-stakes assembly polls, UP Minister Danish Azad Ansari forecasted Mamata Banerjee’s political downfall. With the first phase voting underway on 152 constituencies, Ansari told IANS that the electorate is poised to boot out TMC and install a BJP government focused on rapid advancement.
Voters turned out in droves since dawn, embodying the spirit of democracy. Interviews at polling booths revealed priorities like better schools, hospitals, employment opportunities, and a desperate call for transformation after years of alleged neglect.
‘Bengal is scripting a fresh chapter of progress today,’ proclaimed Ansari from Lucknow. He lambasted Mamata’s administration for handing the state to lawlessness, leaving citizens exasperated. ‘People are casting votes to break free from this tyranny,’ he stated.
Ansari pointed to TMC’s panic-driven violence as evidence of their fear, insisting that public sentiment overwhelmingly favors ousting the incumbent regime. Under PM Modi’s guidance, he promised, Bengal would witness transformative development.
Reacting to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s jabs at Modi, Ansari called it a sign of Congress’s bankruptcy. ‘India unites and surges ahead under Modi, but Congress reveals its frustration,’ he remarked, rallying support for BJP’s vision of a prosperous Bengal.
