The moment millions of Uttar Pradesh students awaited arrived Thursday when the UP Board declared 2026 results for Classes 10 and 12. Girls continued their streak of excellence, dominating the toppers’ list and proving their mettle once more.

Sitapur’s Kashish Verma and Barabanki’s Anshika Verma tied for first in high school with 97.83 marks, a score that reflects rigorous preparation and dedication. In intermediate, Sitapur’s Shikha Verma led with 97.60%, setting a high bar for peers.

Spanning 75 districts and 8,033 centers, the exams ran smoothly from February 18 to March 12 over 15 days, free from malpractices. A staggering 50.93 lakh students appeared, showcasing the scale of UP’s schooling network.

Post-exam, 2.75 crore answer booklets underwent scrutiny at 254 venues, involving 55,976 educators in a swift 15-day window from March 18 to April 4. Enhanced oversight by headmasters and veteran teachers guaranteed precision and fairness.

As results go live, the board has published topper details. Outstanding performers will receive government accolades. Students can check scores on the UP Board site, DigiLocker, or via SMS.
