The infamous crook gangster Aman Saw’s encounter case has now taken a new twist. In this case, the CID has registered a new case while takingover the FIR recorded on the statement of the then ATS Inspector Pramod Singh. In the Aman Saw case, his mother has complained to the Jharkhand High Court, in which there is no hearing at present.
Aman Sahu, who was in jail in Chhattisgarh, was being brought to Jharkhand on March 11 in connection with a case. Meanwhile, Aman Saw tried to escape from police custody but he was killed in an encounter.
After this incident, an FIR was registered on the statement of ATS Inspector Pramod Singh. Now the CID has taken the matter and started investigation. According to sources, the CID will investigate the functioning of the police, the circumstances of the encounter and other aspects related to the criminal network of Aman Saw. This investigation is expected to make new revelations in the case.
