    The latest earbuds offer 60 hours of battery life and support AAC SBC codec for enhanced bass and audio quality. Meanwhile, the Y1 Gaming TWS earbuds offer 50 hours of playtime. Both the earbuds come with ‘Combat Gaming’ mode with ultra-low latency of 40ms.

  • Xiaomi Launches Redmi Pad SE And Redmi Buds 5A In India, Check Price, Specs, Availability |

    New Delhi: Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Pad SE tablet and Redmi Buds 5A TWS earbuds in the Indian market. Notably, the Redmi Pad SE tablet originally debuted in China last year in August.

    Apart from this, the Chinese company also rolled out the Xiaomi Handheld Garment Steamer, and Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S10 in India. 

    The Redmi Pad SE tablet comes in two storage variants: 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB. The tablet will be offered in two colour options: Graphite Gray and Lavender Purple. Meanwhile, the Redmi Buds 5A earphones come in Black and White colour options.

    For the 4GB+128GB base model, the tablet is priced at Rs 12,999. The 6GB+128GB model costs Rs  13,999, while the 8GB+128GB carries a price tag of Rs 14,999. The Redmi Pad SE cover which is priced at Rs 1,299.

    Consumers can buy the Redmi Pad SE tablet on April 24 via Flipkart, Amazon, Xiaomi website, and Xiaomi retail stores. Meanwhile, the Redmi Buds 5A have a special launch price of Rs 1,499. It will go on sale on April 29 via Mi.com, Xiaomi and Reliance stores.

    The Redmi Buds 5A TWS earbuds come with ‘Active Noise Cancellation’ support for up to 25db and are powered by 12mm drivers. It packs with AI ENC which ensures proper calls even in noisy environments. The company claims that the Redmi Buds 5A can last up to 30 hours including the carry case on a single charge.

  • Congress to launch booklet highlighting rising prices under BJP govt

    NEW DELHI: The Congress on Monday will highlight the issue of rising prices and will launch a ‘BJP brought inflation’ booklet in poll-bound states.

    The Congress will organise a series of press conferences underlining the problems faced by the people due to inflation and hold the central government responsible for it.

    Congress’ chief spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala will hold a press conference in Lucknow, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in Chandigarh, and former Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan in Goa.

    Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh will address a press conference in Jalandhar, Sachin Pilot in Dehradun, Hardik Patel in Meerut, and Ranjit Ranjan and Supriya Srinate in Varanasi.

    “The people of the country are suffering from inflation and BJP is enjoying. The double whammy of rising prices and falling income has made life difficult for people,” AICC Secretary Pranav Jha said.

    “The back-breaking prices have spoiled the budget of families. Modi ji, BJP took votes by serving lies of ‘acche din’ and served the poison of inflation in people’s lives,” he said.

    The party will highlight that the wholesale price index has reached a 12-year high under BJP rule and the high excise duty on petrol and diesel, a statement said.

    It will also highlight that the BJP increased rail passenger fare by 205 per cent since January 1, 2022 and how it has made clothes, shoes, children’s books, withdrawing money from ATM, auto booking from app and ordering food, among other things, more expensive, the statement said.

    This will be the third booklet that Congress releases in poll-bound states. Last week, Congress had launched a booklet to highlight how the BJP government “compromised” with the interests of armed forces and held press conferences on it.
