Earlier in November 2023, Azhar’s right hand Maulana Rahimullah Tariq was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Pakistan. Several wanted terrorists have been eliminated recently in Pakistan by unknown men. While Pakistan has failed to nab any culprits so far, it believes that Indian spy agency RAW is behind the killings.

Masood Azhar has been key conspirator behind numerous terror attacks in India including the 2001 Parliament attack, the 2005 Ram Janambhoomi temple attack in Ayodhya and the Pulwama attack on men of Indian armed forces in February 2019. Azhar was reportedly living under the protective custody of the Pakistani deep state in Islamabad.

  • Who is Rauf Azhar? All you need to know about Jaish terrorist whose footprints present in Kandahar hijacking to Pulwama attack

    By PTI

NEW DELHI: Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Abdul Rauf Azhar, in the news after China blocked a proposal at the UN to blacklist him, is believed to be one of the main conspirators of the IC-814 Kandahar hijacking of 1999 and also the Pulwama attack that killed 40 CRPF personnel in 2019.

Since 1999, Rauf Azhar, brother of Jaish chief Masood Azhar, has emerged as the master of optics in terms of orchestrating most audacious attacks on Indian establishments that grabbed eyeballs across the globe including the 2001 attack on Parliament when a session was on, the 2005 attack on makeshift Ayodhya Ram temple, and the 2016 attack on forward base of IAF in Pathankot among others.

Designated as a ‘global terrorist’ by the US in 2010, Rauf Azhar sprung on the terror map in 1999 when the Indian Airlines flight IC-814 from Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu to Delhi was hijacked and taken to Taliban-controlled Kandhar on December 24.

As the hijacking saga came to an end on December 31, 1999, security agencies identified Rauf Azhar as one of the main conspirators who had hatched the plot to secure the release of his brother Masood Azhar from Kot Balwal jail of Jammu, causing embarrassment to Indian government.

The attacks planned by Rauf Azhar almost brought India and Pakistan on the brink of a war on at least on two occasions — the Parliament attack and suicide attack on the CRPF convoy.

India had responded with biggest military mobilisation after 1971 called Operation Parakram after the Parliament misadventure while after the CRPF convoy attack, Induia carried out a target air strike on terrorist camps in Pakistan’s Balakot crippling the spine of JeM.

Number of Red Corner Notices from Interpol in connection with these attacks are pending against 48-year-old Rauf Azhar who is ensconced in the safety of Pakistan establishment.

According to an Interpol notice, Rauf Azhar is wanted for waging, or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against government of India, assaulting the president, governor, etc, with intent to compel or restrain the exercise of any lawful power besides being member of terrorist gang or organisation among other offences.

A video of Rauf Azhar which was uploaded on a website in Pakistan, where he could be seen claiming responsibility for the Pathankot attack and complimenting his boys for it, was sent to Interpol.

The video was later removed and the website also vanished.

Rauf Azhar, who was tagged by the US as ‘Specially Designated Global Terrorist’ in 2010, was the chief of banned Jaish-e-Mohammed in 2007 when his elder brother Masood Azhar was kept at an undisclosed destination by the ISI in the wake of international pressure.

China has blocked a proposal by the US and India at the UN to blacklist Rauf Azhar, the second such move by Beijing in less than two months.

  • Article :- Nehru worked On the advice of Lord Mountbatten-Sheikh Abdullah-Krishna Menon Trimurti Kashmir and China became the problem.

Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had faith in Lord Mountbatten and Sheikh Abdullah and Krishna Menon. The real reason behind the Kashmir problem was the policies and advice of this trimurti. on which Pandit Nehru worked. Gave up agreeing. And from here the problem of Kashmir continued to get entangled.

Pakistan still occupies a part of Kashmir, which we call Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Therefore, Pakistan’s claim is wrong in every way. According to this proposal of the United Nations, there will be ceasefire in Jammu and Kashmir on behalf of both the countries. But the ceasefire violation from Pakistan still continues.

Nehru’s decisions that became the canker of independent India

The situation today regarding Jammu and Kashmir has arisen due to the wrong decisions of Jawaharlal Nehru, the country’s first Prime Minister and Congress leader. In fact, Nehru took many such decisions, which became cancerous with time and whose pain is still facing the masses of India. Let’s take a look at some similar decisions of Jawaharlal Nehru.

    Article 370 by Nehru ….

Most of the problems facing the country today are of Pandit Nehru’s time. Talking about Kashmir, the Maharaja of Kashmir had unconditionally proposed the merger of his princely state with India, but Nehru made Sheikh Abdullah’s consent to that proposal mandatory. Article 370 and other terms were added after the meetings of Nehru and Sheikh on the Kashmir issue. The effect of this decision was that despite being an integral part of India, a kind of alienation arose in Kashmir towards the rest of India.

At the time of independence, some rules were made for the merger of more than 600 princely states in India. Except for a dozen states, all were merged in India according to the intention of the then Home Minister Sardar Patel. Nehru kept the matter of the princely state of Kashmir, even though it did not come under his jurisdiction. Many decisions of Nehru as Prime Minister in the matter of Kashmir made Kashmir’s case more complicated.

“Why was a state of the Indian Union accorded special status? It gave a false signal to not only the Kashmiris but also the separatists, Pakistan and indeed the international community that Jammu and Kashmir is yet to become an integral part of India, as soon as Article 370 is over Gone is better. “

Nehru’s promise that Article 370 was a temporary provision and would wane over time became a chimera.

Nehru taking Kashmir case to United Nations and announcing cease fire

Home Minister Amit Shah said in a program organized by ‘Sankalp Formar Civil Servants Forum’ at Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) on 30 September 2019 – The Kashmir issue had to be taken to UNSC was the biggest mistake.

Nehru made a big mistake by taking the issue of Kashmir to Kashmir.

On 22 October 1947, the tribal invaders of Pakistan invaded Kashmir. On the advice of Sheikh Abdullah, Nehru himself moved the issue of Kashmir to the U.N., while the Indian Army at that time had driven the Pakistani army into disguise in the form of Kabaili to 2/3 part of Kashmir, only 1/3 had to be removed. In this way Nehru gave a gift car to Pakistan on 1/3 ie POK.

On the advice of Sheikh Abdullah, Pakistan got the benefit of taking the issue of Kashmir to the UN and the issue has not been resolved yet.

When there was a war between India and Pakistan in the year 1948, the Indian Army was successful in repelling the Pakistanis and the Indian Army captured Balochistan. Not only this, Pakistan was severely defeated in the war and the Parliament (Jirga) of all the tribal groups of Balochistan passed the resolution that they want to stay with India, but then suddenly Pandit Nehru declared a ceasefire, because They wanted an atmosphere of peace.

Khan of kalat gave in writing  gave in  the merger of  kalat with India, but Nehru rejected it as well, I have discussed this separately in one of my articles.

Lord Mountbatten-Sheikh Abdullah, Krishna Menon Trinity, Nehru, Kashmir, Pakistan,

Jammu and Kashmir, Article 370 by Nehru, Sardar Patel, Amit Shah, Formar Civil Servants Forum,

China’s support for the Security Council, due to which China is still a problem.

The US wanted to make democratic India a permanent member in 1950 rather than Communist China, but Jawaharlal Nehru rejected the proposal. It was argued by him that if India is made a permanent member in place of China, then it will create a competitive environment in the region, which will prove fatal for peace. Rejecting the permanent seat of the Security Council of India is one of the biggest mistakes of history. Unknown to India how many times it has had to face international issues. The same China, which has been with India for 25 years to get a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council, has been a hindrance in India’s attempts to declare Masood Azhar a global terrorist a total of 4 times.

Indeed, Nehru was heavily influenced by China’s socialist policies, and advocated India’s good relations with China. He also gave the slogan ‘Hindi-Chini bhai-bhai’ to establish a positive dialogue between Indians and Chinese, but in return China imposed war on India in 1962. China also seized Tibet under India’s nose and today it is illegally occupying a large part of India’s state of Jammu and Kashmir. Not only this, China has also been claiming its claim on the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. If today India has security Had there been a permanent seat in the council, the Kashmir issue would have been resolved by now. Also, India would have cracked down on terrorists like Masood Azhar.

It is said that Bhim Rao Ambedkar had questioned Nehru’s foreign policy. He had said – Jawaharlal Nehru is campaigning for China, it is difficult to understand whether he works for India or China. India was invited to become a permanent member of the Security Council, but Nehru is campaigning for China.

The proposal of the same proposal that Nehru had given to Nehru in 1950, was proposed to Nehru by Russia in 1955, but was rejected by the defeated China. I have discussed this in yesterday’s editorial of 24 June 2020 and in articles.

    Despite Russia’s support

Could India not become a permanent member of the UNSC due to Nehru’s mistake?

TAG :- Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, NMML, POK, Balochistan, Kait’s Khan, Masood Azhar, Hindi-Chinese bhai-bhai, Arunachal Pradesh, 1962, 1955 UNSC, Nehru’s mistake,

  • Article :- Despite the support of Russia, Will India be able to become a permanent member of the UNSC due to Nehru’s mistake?

Last week India succeeded in becoming a temporary member of the UNSC in the UN. Most of the countries of the world have supported India to become permanent member. The great powers of the world, America, France and Russia have also supported India. Today Russia has again given its support to India.

Despite this, will India be able to become a permanent member of the UNSC due to Nehru’s mistake?

In 1950, America and in 1955 Russia proposed Nehru to be a permanent member of UNSC for India. But Nehru turned down the proposals received from both the US and Russia, and the Prime Minister of India had advised the US and Russia to make UNSC permanent member instead of India.

That is, Nehru handed over the veto power which was going to come into India’s hands due to America and Russia, to China on the advice of Comrade Krishna Menon.

Due to Nehru’s mistake, China now has veto power in the UNSC. Due to this veto power, whenever proposal comes to make India a permanent member of UNSC, China will veto. Therefore, it will be very difficult for India to get permanent membership of UNSC due to Nehru’s mistake.

    What about the future

    >> Charter amendment would be required to obtain permanent membership of the UN Security Council, which would be subject to the Chinese veto.

China may continue to block India’s candidacy for membership of the NSG. On the proposal for permanent membership. The related file should be traced, disbanded and transferred from the National Archives. The nation has the right to know what is the reality?

    >> Chinese leadership consistently followed the policy of ‘China First’. The People’s Republic of China replaced Taiwan at the United Nations in 1971. He exercised his first veto on Bangladesh’s accession to the United Nations in August 1972 to neutralize geopolitical gains in the 1971 war. Also used veto in Masood Azhar case.

Nehru surrendered those proposals to India for good relations with China, the proposals that had come for India to become permanent members of America and Russia. Nehru made this mistake so that peace should remain and China was helpful in it.

Nehru’s concern about disrupting India’s relations with China did not stop relations deteriorating over the next decade. This was not the result of American mechanization, but rather Chinese aggression. India had been dependent on the Soviet veto since the 50s. It was strange that we as permanent members of the Security Council did not want to keep this option for ourselves.
