Gujarat Titans captains Shubman Gill led from the front with a classy 70, as GT set Delhi Capitals a daunting 211-run target in IPL 2026’s 14th match. Jos Buttler (52) and Washington Sundar (55) complemented with fiery half-centuries, turning a shaky start into a power-packed total on Wednesday.
DC skipper Axar Patel called correctly at the toss and chose to field, but GT openers Sai Sudharsan and Gill laid a platform before Sudharsan edged one for 12 off 19 runs. Buttler joined Gill for a 60-run blitz in 32 balls, his 27-ball 52 laced with aggressive strokeplay including five maximums.
