At the IIMT University’s third convocation in Meerut on Tuesday, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan delivered a powerful message to the graduating class: this ceremony marks the end of one chapter and the start of dedicated service to the motherland.

India stands at a crossroads of explosive growth, the Vice President observed, with infrastructure revolutions reshaping the landscape. He hailed the Namo Bharat train and Meerut Metro, recently launched by PM Modi, as testaments to cutting-edge transport that bridges gaps and boosts productivity for the workforce.

Viksit Bharat isn’t a distant dream but a collective endeavor requiring young minds to infuse innovation and commitment, he stated. Self-reliance forms the bedrock, propelling India toward greatness.

Graduates were exhorted to uphold values of honesty and discipline while ensuring growth benefits all strata of society sustainably. ‘Sync your aspirations with the nation’s vision,’ he urged, pushing for entrepreneurship over mere employment hunts.

Embrace new ideas, bolster homegrown businesses, and prioritize local fixes—these are the calls to action. The 2047 developed India vision promises equity, extending prosperity to the remotest corners.

Radhakrishnan applauded the surging number of women toppers, attributing it to cultural shifts fostering determination and equality. This trend is redefining success and paving the way for a progressive nation.

Notable attendees included Minister Dharampal Singh, MP Laxmikant Bajpayee, Chancellor Yogesh Mohan Gupta, and other esteemed guests.
