Abhijeet Tiwari, residing in Kailash Nagar with his father Jitendra, was identified as the victim. Passersby noticed the body during their morning routines and alerted authorities right away. Police rushed to the spot, examined the surroundings, and transported the corpse to RIMS for autopsy.
