Tragedy struck near Mahagama in Godda district when a high-speed heavy vehicle collided with a Royal Enfield motorcycle, resulting in two immediate fatalities. The deceased, identified as Satyam and Vipin, were actively helping their friend with marriage arrangements and were heading home after a social visit. Eyewitnesses reported that the truck, carrying sand, was traveling at a dangerous speed and hit the bike head-on. The police arrived shortly after the incident to transport the bodies for autopsy and have registered a case against the unknown driver who escaped with the vehicle.
