Bihar Tragedy: 5 Family Members Die in Rohtas Highway Crash

What was supposed to be a joyous occasion ended in profound grief for a family in Rohtas, Bihar. Five family members, including the father of a bride, lost their lives in a devastating collision on NH 319. The group was returning from a Tilak ceremony in Lodhi village when the accident occurred at approximately 3 AM on Monday. As they were disembarking from their bus and pickup truck near their home village of Mathia, a high-speed truck slammed into both vehicles. The impact was so severe that all five victims died on the spot. The deceased have been identified as Ramvrat Singh, Ashok Singh, Pintu Singh, and Rajneesh Kumar, while the identity of the fifth victim is currently being verified. The sudden transition from wedding celebrations to a funeral atmosphere has left the village of Bhagwanpur in shock. Police officials from Dinara station arrived promptly to manage the situation and have moved the bodies to Sasaram for legal formalities. The family is currently in a state of deep mourning as they prepare for the final rites.
