In a remarkable display of unity, Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva led thousands of party members in collectively absorbing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 133rd ‘Mann Ki Baat’ broadcast on Sunday. The event unfolded simultaneously at 4,562 spots across the national capital, from schools and community centers to highways and airports.
‘Mann Ki Baat remains an unparalleled source of wisdom,’ Sachdeva affirmed. The episode delved into renewable energy advancements, particularly the addition of 6 GW in wind power last year, alongside solar initiatives. PM Modi also drew profound lessons from Buddha’s philosophy: inner peace as the foundation of all harmony and conquering oneself as the greatest triumph.
Prominent attendees included ex-minister Harsh Vardhan and local leaders Anil Goyal and Deepak Gaba with Sachdeva. BJP’s Baijayant Jay Panda highlighted the overwhelming participation of women, calling it a shining example of empowerment. Sharing the moment at Tilak Marg’s Atal Adarsh School were MP Bansuri Swaraj, NDMC’s Kuljeet Chahal, and 400 elite Delhi women.
Panda described the fervor as unprecedented, with unwavering enthusiasm persisting through 133 episodes. Each address from the PM, he noted, brims with insights that enlighten and guide society. Parallel events saw Dushyant Gautam in Gandhi Nagar, Manoj Tiwari at the airport lounge post-campaign, Kamaljeet Sehrawat in Amberhai village, Ramvir Bidhuri in Srinivasapuri, Praveen Khandelwal on the Delhi-Jaipur highway, Vishnu Mittal in a key meeting, and Ajay Mahawar in Ghonda.
Such synchronized listening marathons not only amplify Modi’s message on sustainability and spirituality but also fortify BJP’s organizational strength ahead of key political battles.
