Intense summer heat continues to plague Noida, Delhi, and surrounding NCR areas, prompting a yellow heatwave alert for April 25 from the IMD. Residents are battling extreme conditions, with daytime highs reaching 43°C and relentless hot gusts making every moment outdoors a challenge.

Morning lows of 26-27°C offer little respite, and humidity forecasts predict a sharp decline to 20% by evening, exacerbating the discomfort. Authorities urge vulnerable groups like the elderly and children to remain indoors during peak hours.

Weather patterns are set to evolve rapidly. Starting April 26, overcast skies and gusty winds will provide partial shielding from the sun. Temperatures stay elevated at 43°C, but the cloud buildup signals incoming change.

April 27 introduces scattered thundershowers under partly cloudy conditions, maintaining 43°C highs but promising moisture. Relief intensifies on April 28-29 with thunderstorms and rain, dropping maxima to 41°C and 40°C respectively, alongside rising humidity and lows of 27°C and 25°C.

By April 30, the mercury could fall further to 39°C high and 24°C low amid patchy clouds and thunder. This forecast shift from blistering heat to rainy respite is a welcome development for the heat-fatigued population in NCR.
