In a resounding assertion, Union Minister Piyush Goyal declared that the NDA will sweep to power in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, ending the reigns of regional satraps Mamata Banerjee and MK Stalin.
During a media interaction in Mumbai, Goyal dissected the Bengal electoral landscape. He alleged that TMC’s past successes hinged on bogus votes from infiltrators and deceased individuals. ‘This time, the SIR process has fused Mamata’s guarantee,’ he quipped, referring to the voter list cleanup that eliminates fake entries.
The minister lambasted TMC for plunging Bengal into anarchy, with lawlessness rampant. He foresaw the demise of fear-mongering by the Banerjee family, promising a tranquil future for Bengalis.
Goyal was equally optimistic about Tamil Nadu, foretelling the exit of the Stalin dynasty. Under PM Modi’s stewardship, he envisioned NDA administrations bringing development and stability to both states.
Shifting focus to local issues, Goyal voiced dismay at the stalled Bhagwati Hospital project. ‘It should have been ready ages ago,’ he noted, pledging unbiased healthcare enhancements, including better maternity care.
On X, Goyal shared highlights from the BJP’s Borivali health camp launch, featuring free ambulances. He emphasized how Ayushman Bharat and similar initiatives ensure healthcare access for the underprivileged, bolstering emergency responses.
Goyal’s comments come amid intensifying campaign rhetoric, positioning the NDA as the harbinger of change in these key battlegrounds. With voter revisions and welfare schemes in spotlight, the political narrative is heating up.
