The cultural evenings of Celestio 3.0, organized at the ARTTC BSNL campus of Indian Institute of Information Technology Ranchi, commenced with a beautiful blend of traditional dignity and youthful energy.
The event was inaugurated by the Honorable Director Prof. Rajiv Srivastava, along with FIC and Associate Dean, by cutting a ribbon and lighting a lamp, symbolizing knowledge, prosperity, and new beginnings. On this occasion, dignitaries including Dr. Shashi Kant Sharma, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Dr. Santosh Kumar Mahto, and Dr. Gaurav Sundaram were present.
The event began with a Ganesh Vandana presented by the Saaz Club, which created a devotional atmosphere. Following this, the Nrityarashi Club presented an attractive traditional dance performance. During this, the student council honored Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Dr. Ankita, Dr. Gaurav Sundaram, and Dr. Rajesh Dwivedi with mementos.
In the cultural evenings, students showcased their talent through various performances, including solo singing, flash mobs, dance, and theatrical presentations.
The main attraction of the event was a special performance by the renowned singer Sunidhi Chaudhary. She mesmerized the audience by performing popular songs like Tum Mile, Kesariya, Crazy Kiya Re, and Tu Jo Mila. After her performance, she was honored with a memento by the Director and FIC.
Following this, the performance by the Ripples band injected energy into the event, which was highly appreciated by the audience.
The same level of enthusiasm was observed in the cultural programs on the second day. The event began with an introduction session, followed by the presentation of Alafaz poetry, a musical performance by the Saaz band, and the Nrityarashi solo dance competition. The theatrical presentation by the Acting Club, flash mob, and the Estilo ramp walk further enhanced the event’s appeal.
Participants were awarded prizes and mementos during the event. The main attractions of the evening were the live performance by the Mirrors band and the energetic performance by Young and Broke (DJ), which filled the entire atmosphere with excitement.
The event was attended by the institute’s faculty members and a large number of students, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, cultural pride, and collective celebration throughout the campus.
