  • The Chief Minister got emotional after hearing the story of Yogita’s struggle: Relief got relief from getting appointment in Assistant Grade 3

After the death of the mother who took care of the family in Ambikapur Municipal Corporation, after the death of the elder brother, the responsibility of taking care of his 12-year-old daughter also fell on me, due to which the mountain of troubles broke on me. Dad already lived separately from the family. Due to border restrictions, compassionate appointment was not even available in place of mother. Life was going through a very difficult phase due to no means of employment. With the removal of the limit of 10 percent in compassionate appointment by the state government, now there is relief in getting the appointment on the post of Assistant Grade 3 in the Municipal Corporation. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel became emotional after listening to this struggling and poignant talk of Yogita Jaiswal, resident of Daripara, Ambikapur, in the virtual Bhoomipujan and inauguration program of development works organized at the High Rest House here on Tuesday. He told Yogita that you have faced difficult times but now getting a job would have given relief to a great extent.
In his virtual dialogue, the Chief Minister said that it is our government’s effort to provide relief and benefit to the people by simplification of rules. In this sequence, we have relaxed the rule in compassionate appointment. Similarly, now after planting trees on your land, there is no need to visit any office for permission to cut them. During this, Prakriti Maltiyar, a student of Swami Atmanand Government Excellence School, Bramhapara, also interacted with the Chief Minister and told about the resources, facilities and environment available in the school. The Chief Minister praised Prakriti’s fluent English dialogue and asked – Are you satisfied and Prakriti said – Yes.
