  • ‘Hell Bent On Ending Reservation, Democracy And Constitution’: Lalu Yadav Warns People Against BJP |

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: RJD supremo and former Chief Minister of Bihar Lalu Prasad Yadav today launched a scathing attack against the BJP alleging that the saffron party is ‘hell-bent on ending reservation and democracy’. Taking to social media amid the Lok Sabha campaign, Lalu Yadav warned people against voting for the BJP.

“Dear countrymen, Be alert and cautious! BJP is hell-bent on ending your reservation, democracy and constitution of the country. If the constitution of the country does not remain, then democracy will also not remain in the country. You will not remain equal citizens of the country. You will not remain citizens who have rights, constitutional protection and remedies. You will remain just slaves of a few people,” said the RJD chief.

The RJD is contesting the Lok Sabha polls as a part of the INDIA bloc which consists of Congress and the Left party in Bihar. The NDA consists of the BJP, LJP-RV, JDU, RLM and HAM.

Lalu Yadav further said, “If there is a constitution, then there is a reservation and if there is a reservation, then there is protection from inequality, oppression and tyranny. There is a sense of equality, there is a remedy. The BJP’s conduct is anti-equality by nature. These people want to increase inequality in society by abolishing the constitution and reservation and make people mental slaves again.”

    — Lalu Prasad Yadav (@laluprasadrjd) May 16, 2024

The RJD leader further claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi never took action against the BJP leaders who claimed that their party would end democracy and make a new constitution.

“It is clear that they (BJP leaders) have deliberately got a green signal from the top leadership of the BJP. Through such statements, BJP people test your seriousness, awareness and commitment towards reservation and constitution.  If you do not contribute today in the fight to save the Constitution, reservation and democracy, then you and your future generations will live the same vicious cycle of oppression and neglect that your ancestors once lived through,” warned Lalu Yadav.

Lalu Yadav further urged people to participate enthusiastically in this festival of democracy and ‘teach a tough lesson to the anti-Constitution and anti-reservation BJP’.

  • Jharkhand HC grants bail to Lalu Yadav in fifth fodder scam case, asks him to deposit Rs 10 lakh

    Express News Service

RANCHI: Rejecting the arguments given by the CBI, the Jharkhand High Court on Friday granted bail to RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, with a pre-condition that he will deposit Rs 10 lakh in the court. Yadav moved the Jharkhand High Court challenging his conviction in fodder scam case RC47A/96, in which he had been awarded a five-year jail term and a fine of Rs 60 lakh by the special CBI Court in Ranchi.

“The Jharkhand High Court has granted bail to Lalu Yadav on the condition that he will have to deposit a fine of Rs 10 lakh in the court. We had filed bail application on the ground of completing half of the sentencing awarded by the special CBI Court as he has already completed 42 months of sentencing in this case, which was considered by the High Court, and hence it granted bail to him,” said Lalu Yadav’s counsel Prabhat Kumar. The CBI, opposing the bail application, argued that Lalu has not yet completed half of the sentencing awarded by the trail court, which was rejected by the court, he added. Kumar further added that they had attached all the documents in support of his plea that Lalu Yadav has already completed 42 months in jail, along with the certified copies of the orders of the trial court, depicting on which date he was sent to jail and when he came out. Half of the sentencing of Lalu gets completed only after 30 months in jail, he said.

  • Editorial: – Hindu terrorism again is again being barked by Digvijay Singh to harm the Cogress

It is unlikely that Rahul Gandhi, who wants to increase the seats of Congress in the year 2019, with the so-called leaders. The only reason for this is that Congress leaders who chant mantras in the ears of Rahul Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi’s new nephews are all who are suffering from Hindu terrorism and Union Phobia.
This is the subject matter in this editorial, but there is another discussion before it.
Feminist opposition parties, who have tweeted the alliance, have been calling the BJP untouchable. The reality is that Congress is untouchable for these opposition parties.
Will the coalition of Congress and the Left parties be held in Kerala? Similarly today’s news is that TDP or any other party is not ready to combine with Congress in Andhra Pradesh. This is the condition of the Congress in Uttar Pradesh. The manner in which Soniya is suffering from a serious illness, Lalu Yadav is also in the same condition. Hence, only RJD in Bihar is invited to combine with Congress.
When Rahul Gandhi’s teacher Digvijay Singh was in charge of Congress for undivided Andhra, then the misery of the Congress at that time was illustrated by the misery of the statues of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.
Rahul Gandhi is also suffering from Union Phobia. That is why they are also sued.
Rahul has been posting a video of beating a minor, beating it in 10 days.
Rahul wrote the video while writing about the incident on Twitter and blamed the BJP and the RSS for the increased atrocities on the backward classes.
Rahul Gandhi and his mentor Digvijay Singh and other Changu-Mangu leaders have come to the conclusion of the Congress by trying to revive the genie of Hindu terrorism.
Today Congress President Rahul Gandhi has met Kamal Haasan. Kamal Haasan said that the hardcore right-wing can not deny Hindu terrorism. When he was criticized for this, Kamal Haasan clarified that he was born in the Hindu family too. Therefore, they should not be misunderstood.
Now Digvijay Singh is drowning by rekindling the genie of Hindu terrorism, Congress’s Nayya
On the statement of Digvijay Singh, the Hindu terrorist’s statement to be associated with the RSS, reversing the Bharatiya Janata Party said that Congress leaders are talking about Hindu terrorism and it is included in the core agenda of the Congress before the Lok Sabha elections.
Given the assembly and the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress has come on the appeasement politics. It is sad that Digvijay is giving this kind of statement again.
It is worth noting that Sonia Gandhi had become very fluid about the Batla House encounter on September 19, 2008 and had said that after the incident, there was no sleep from last 3 nights. The then Home Minister P. Chidambaram also described saffron terrorism as a big threat. In 2009, Rahul Gandhi also spoke of threat to Hindu terrorism rather than Lashkar-e-Taiba. The Congress has repeatedly mentioned Hindu terrorism for its benefit. In 2013, the then Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde spoke of Hindu terrorism in the presence of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. During that time, he also accused the Sangh of running a terrorist camp.
Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has blamed BJP and RSS on the issue of running terror training camps for spreading Hindu terrorism in the country.
Rahul Gandhi should imitate the former President Pranab Mukherjee in the present time of the Congress, who had just addressed the National Self Service Association training camp on June 7 saying that Dr. Hedgewar, the founder of the RSS, was the true son of Bharat Mata .
