  • On the instructions of the collector, the beneficiary of the sensitive area received the ration card

On which information was obtained from the Gram Panchayat regarding the economic status of the family by establishing contact with the said family in collaboration with the social worker. After the recommendation of the Gram Panchayat, the food inspector Hitesh Manikpuri immediately issued the ration card in the name of the head of the family. Which was made available to the family soon with the help of a social worker so that the government can give them the benefit of various schemes and in view of the epidemic, a free ration of 02 months is being provided. So that the family can be maintained properly.
    It is noteworthy that on the instructions of the Collector, efforts are being made to make available various schemes, giving priority to these vulnerable areas. For this, mobile teams are being sent to susceptible areas and their Aadhaar cards, ration cards, smart cards are being made. Along with this, health camps are also organized from time to time in these areas for the treatment of malnutrition and serious diseases. In these areas, the movement of rains in the rain is difficult due to the Barani drains flowing here, in view of this, the ration and other necessary materials are being distributed for distribution this year as well by the administration. In order to overcome malnutrition in children, under the scheme of Nutrition, the Nangat Pila program is also being run at a rapid pace.

  • Give benefits of Solar Sujala scheme to farmers – Collector

Apart from this, beneficiaries are being benefited on first come first serve basis.
    By applying through the Agriculture Department, Rural Agricultural Extension Officer and CREDA Department, the process of benefiting the farmers is going on continuously. Contribution of 15 thousand is given to the general class and 20 thousand. Similarly, for 5 HP Solar Sujala Yojana pump, the beneficiary share of 15 thousand and other backward classes is 20 thousand and 25 thousand for general category. He informed that a target has been set to install 2000 solar pumps in the year 2020-21. Apart from this, the beneficiaries do not have to pay any additional amount. Thousands of rural women are working on vermicompost production along with cow dung in Godan Nyaya Yojana. The selling rate of vermi compost has been increased from Rs 8 per kg to Rs 10 per kg. New employment opportunities are being created through this scheme. Farmers who are using vermi compost are moving towards organic farming. Mr. Baghel said that the price of cereals and fruits produced in organic farming increases by one and a half times. This will also significantly increase the income of farmers. He informed that 78 thousand 47 vermi stitches were approved for the manufacture of vermi compost in Gothan, out of which 54 thousand 241 vermi stitches have been completed and construction of 16 thousand 810 vermi stitches is in progress. Dr. Geeta informed that vermi compost samples are being tested in two laboratories of Raipur, one each in Durg, Bilaspur, Surguja, Bastar and Raigarh. So far 1,006 samples have been analyzed. He also informed that among the beneficiaries of Godan Nyaya Yojana, 47.5 percent beneficiaries belong to Other Backward Classes, 44 percent beneficiaries are women and 41 percent beneficiaries belong to Scheduled Tribes and 7.80 percent beneficiaries belong to Scheduled Castes.
