  • ‘Touched my private parts, pressured me to have sex’: Couple harassed by Ghaziabad cop, FIR lodged

    GHAZIABAD: A Ghaziabad Police Constable was suspended pending investigation for allegedly sexually harassing and abusing a couple at a public park in the city, the police said on Sunday.

    The incident took place on September 16, but came to light on September 28, after the couple allegedly struggled for 12 days to get an FIR registered against the accused cops.

    As per the FIR of the incident, accessed by this newspaper, the couple had to endure the torture of the alleged cops for about three hours before finally managing to leave only after transferring Rs 1,000 to the officer via the Paytm platform.

    “The policeman touched my private parts and pressured me to engage in sexual activity with him. The third person, who was with them, demanded 5-6 lakhs from us,” the FIR read.

    The FIR was filed at the Kotwali Nagar Police Station, resulting in the immediate suspension of the constable from 112-PRV at Sai Upvan.

    Furnishing details, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Kotwali Nagar police station) Nimish Patil said that an incident was reported on September 28 in which a woman informed that within the jurisdiction of the Sai Upvan located in the police station’s area, two policemen from PRV 112 engaged in misbehaviour, harassment, and demanded illegal money from her and her fiance.

    “The police promptly registered a complaint in accordance with the relevant sections upon learning of the incident. Further investigation revealed that two police personnel were deployed on PRV 4757, one of whom was a constable, and the other a home guard,” the ACP said.

    The officer informed that the Constable was suspended while the concerned department was notified for disciplinary action against the accused Home Guard.

  • Bihar: Minor girl, teacher stripped, beaten up after being caught in compromising position

    BIHAR: A girl and a man were allegedly stripped and beaten up by three persons after the two were caught in a compromising position in Bihar’s Begusarai district, police said on Saturday.

    A video of the incident went viral on social media on Friday, purportedly showing three persons assaulting and stripping the minor and the man, an officer said.

    The man has been identified as a music teacher and is in his mid-40s, he said.

    “We have arrested the music teacher based on the statement given by the victim. A case under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Section 67B of the Information Technology (IT) Act and Section 376 of the IPC (sexual offences) have been registered against the accused,” Begusarai Superintendent of Police Yogendra Kumar said.

    A search is on to apprehend the three persons who assaulted the minor and the accused, the SP said, adding, a preliminary investigation reveals that the incident took place on Thursday.

    “The police are examining the video and have also sent clothes of the two persons and other evidence recovered from the spot for forensic examination,” Kumar said.

    A team under the supervision of a senior women police officer has been constituted to investigate the case, the SP said.

    “Medical examination of the victim is also being conducted. Her statement will also be recorded before the magistrate,” he added.

    Congress party has always crushed the leader who has come in their path. It basically can’t be stated as the party of the different leaders but it is party of stooges and boot-lickers of Gandhi family. Those who work in accordance with Gandhi’s they are pampered in the party or I can say only those people get place in the party who work according to will of Gandhi’s. Because anybody who will raise the voice against Gandhi’s will be expelled from the party. Under the rule of Congress Government not only the party leaders but any powerful position will be acquired only by that person who will follow the rules and guidelines of Gandhi family or else he will be thrown out . Whatever tactics or strategies the party may have to adopt but the party will not let it happen.

    The same is the problem of Congress now. In 2014 people have shown the party its way out by choosing Narendra Modi as a Prime Minister.This hard fact is not being digested by Congress party till now that a Chaiwala has become the PM  who is honestly governing India, who has brought Congress party to its end. So they keep on putting false allegations on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Government.

    Folks,It’s again time to teach this party a lesson and not getting trapped in the false net laid by them. Let’s throw this family centric party out in 2019
