In a fiery response to reports of Nishant Kumar stepping into Bihar politics, RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwari hailed Tejashwi Yadav’s foresight. Speaking exclusively, Tiwari dissected the dramatic ouster of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, branding it as classic chair-switching politics.
‘Everyone has the right to politics, but voters decide the fate,’ Tiwari remarked on Nishant’s move. He lambasted the quick reversal post-elections, where Nitish was projected as indispensable until 2030.
Tiwari painted a picture of betrayal, alleging BJP-JD(U) machinations fulfilled Tejashwi’s prophecy of Nitish’s downfall. ‘Voter promises are sacred, not bargaining chips,’ he stressed, urging accountability.
Shifting to international affairs, he viewed Nepal’s leadership change pragmatically. Elections bring wins and losses, he noted, hoping for sustained Indo-Nepal relations.
On the President Murmu row, Tiwari accused BJP of exploiting national sentiments for votes. He underscored her stature beyond politics.
Excitement peaked as Tiwari rallied behind Team India for the T20 World Cup final. ‘The nation watches with bated breath; victory is ours,’ he enthused, blending politics with patriotism.
