In a powerful message ahead of International Women’s Day, Madhya Pradesh’s Minister of State Krishna Gaur advocated for a society that nurtures safe and independent daughters. Addressing the gathering in Bhopal, she noted the ongoing campaigns by central and state governments for daughters’ welfare.
Gaur conveyed heartfelt wishes to the state’s women, stressing that true societal progress hinges on women’s financial autonomy and educational advancement. The state government, guided by inclusive development principles, stands resolute in granting full rights to women.
She made a stirring call to action: collectively commit to a world where daughters are protected, women are empowered, and mothers are joyful. Under PM Modi’s foresight and CM Yadav’s efficient governance, India is shifting towards women-led development.
Key efforts include developing ideal hostels with modern facilities for girls’ superior education and prompt scholarship disbursements. Competitive exam preparations are supported via free coaching under Sardar Patel scheme and SEED project for UPSC, state services, medical, and engineering entrances.
Additionally, training for backward and minority women is upgrading their crafts for contemporary markets, fostering economic independence. Gaur emphasized that Viksit Bharat@2047’s vision demands elevating marginalized women to complete the nation’s upliftment journey.
