In Dumka district of Jharkhand, a man has been arrested for allegedly killing his father-in-law. The incident occurred in Govindpur village, where the accused, Sudhir Yadav, reportedly beat his father-in-law, Ravindra Kapri, to death. The dispute stemmed from a demand for a tractor as dowry. Kapri had three tractors, but refused to give one to his son-in-law. Following a heated argument on Friday, Yadav attacked Kapri with sticks, causing serious injuries. Kapri was later taken to a hospital in Deoghar, where he succumbed to his injuries. Police have apprehended Yadav and initiated an investigation into the matter.
