Preparations are underway for a significant state-level event scheduled for November 28th at Morabadi Maidan. Jharkhand’s Home Secretary, Vandana Dadel, personally visited the venue to oversee all arrangements. During her inspection, Secretary Dadel conducted a thorough review of the site’s facilities and provided crucial directives to the officials in charge. Key areas examined included seating arrangements, stage management, security protocols, traffic flow, VIP movement, emergency services, barricading, parking, entry-exit points, and sound systems. The Home Secretary emphasized the importance of inter-departmental coordination to ensure a seamless experience for all participating candidates and invited guests, preventing any potential inconvenience. Officials present during the inspection included the Education Secretary, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner, State Project Director of Jharkhand Education Project Council, City Superintendent of Police, Traffic Superintendent of Police, Rural Superintendent of Police, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order), Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Sadar), Deputy Collector (Nazarat), District Superintendent of Education, and District Public Relations Officer.
