Jewelry Store Robbed of ₹40 Lakh in Bihar, Second Incident in a Month Sparks Outrage

In the Darbhanga district of Bihar, a wave of burglaries has instilled fear among residents. Criminals are perpetrating thefts daily. In the Pator police station area, thieves targeted two jewelry stores. After breaking the shutters, they stole jewelry and cash exceeding ₹35 lakhs. The second major incident within a month has created an atmosphere of panic. Enraged residents blocked roads, prompting the SDPO (Sub-Divisional Police Officer) Sadar to intervene and attempt to pacify the crowd.
