Investigation Underway After Domestic Help’s Fatal Fall at DSP’s Residence

Authorities in Muzaffarpur are investigating the death of Punita Devi, who fell from the fifth floor of an apartment complex in the Khabra locality. Punita was employed at the home of DSP Abhijeet Alkesh. Preliminary reports suggest she fell while attempting to use the lift after finishing work on the terrace. Residents were alerted by a loud noise and found her in a pool of blood. The Sadar police station has registered a case, and forensic experts have collected evidence from the site to determine if the fall was an accident or caused by a technical malfunction in the lift area.
