Tirupati’s sacred hills echoed with reverence as Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan undertook a heartfelt pilgrimage to Tirumala’s Lord Venkateswara Temple today. The event drew significant attention, blending high office with timeless traditions.
Escorted by state and temple authorities, including Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and TTD leaders B.R. Naidu and Mudgada Ravichandra, he received a ceremonial welcome. Priests performed age-old ‘Istikafal’ honors, paving the way for his flagpost salutations and elaborate pooja.
The Vice President’s itinerary was comprehensive: darshan at Vakulamata Devi, Viman Venkateswara, acharyas’ sanctum, and Yoga Narasimha. At Ranganayakula Mandapam, Vedic chants blessed him, complemented by gifts of deity images and prasad from TTD officials.
Notably, prayers continued at Bedi Anjaneya Swamy shrine. Officials like Venkayya Chaudhary and Bhanu Prakash Reddy managed the proceedings flawlessly.
Expressing on X, Radhakrishnan invoked divine grace for national harmony, growth, and citizen welfare. This follows his recent university address in Visakhapatnam and echoes his prior September 2025 Tirumala visit post-inauguration.
In an era of rapid change, such visits reaffirm spiritual anchors, fostering unity and hope among devotees nationwide.
