Hemant Soren Advocates for Central Government Support for Jharkhand’s Development

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren presented 31 key demands to the central government during the 27th meeting of the Eastern Zonal Council. These demands include the immediate recovery of Rs 1.40 lakh crore in pending royalty from coal companies, the ‘Maiyaan Samman Yojana’ to provide monthly financial assistance of Rs 2500 to women aged 18 to 50, the establishment of a Tribal University, and the expedited progress of infrastructure projects like the Ranchi Metro.
