During his voter rights यात्रा (yatra) in Bihar, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Election Commission, alleging widespread ‘vote theft.’ Gandhi stated that the talk of the BJP remaining in power for 40-50 years was not a prediction but an indication of arrogance stemming from vote manipulation. He highlighted that even a child in the country now speaks of ‘vote theft.’ The yatra, which marked its tenth day on Tuesday, saw the participation of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who joined her brother. Priyanka accused the BJP of plotting vote theft nationwide, claiming the party has lost the public’s trust. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav also participated, accusing the BJP of not only vote theft but also of stealing reservations. The yatra began in Supaul, proceeded to Madhubani, and then to Darbhanga, with plans to continue from Darbhanga the following day.
