The NDA in Bihar appears to be facing a challenging situation this time. In response, the NDA has initiated work at the booth level, recognizing that strengthening its presence at this level is crucial for victory. The NDA has formulated an election plan involving the deployment of approximately 10 youths at each booth by all its constituent parties. This strategy aims to facilitate direct engagement between the BJP, JDU, and other NDA allies with the public. These deployed youths will promote government schemes while also interacting with voters.
The number of booths in Bihar has increased from 72,000 to 94,000. Among these, 4,180 booths saw the BJP-NDA garner less than 30% of the votes in the previous Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections. To fortify these weaker booths, the party has launched a ‘Booth-10 Youth’ campaign, adding at least ten youth workers to each booth. These youth will directly engage with voters and inform them about the schemes implemented by the NDA government.
