AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi stated on Thursday that in India, expressing love for Prophet Mohammad is met with more resistance than professing love for Modi. His remarks were made amidst ongoing tension in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, stemming from violent protests last week concerning ‘I Love Mohammad’ posters. Internet services were temporarily suspended in four districts of the Bareilly division. Heightened security measures, including the deployment of numerous security personnel, were implemented on Thursday due to Dussehra celebrations and Friday prayers.
