10 crore is allocated for services, 20 crore for the sewerage treatment plant, 37 crore for the establishment of Science City, and 20 crore is provisioned for the construction of a library.

A commercial office complex is planned for construction at a cost of 156 crore for the development of plug and play office spaces.

Space for 2000 IT jobs in the CBD Commercial Tower has been allocated to Teleperformance, Square Business, and CSM companies.

Budget provisions are also made for the establishment of SDM and new tehsil offices in Naya Raipur.
