Kicking off with a ₹3,500 crore international-themed group housing on 100 acres by Jewar Airport under YEIDA, this township eyes 2027 operations and 12,000 jobs, transforming the area into a global hotspot.
Next, the ₹650 crore logistics park spanning 50 acres on Kanpur-Lucknow highway targets 7,500 jobs by 2027, supercharging trade and manufacturing exports.
The ₹2,500 crore hyperscale data center in Noida/Greater Noida, with 40 MW capacity on 10 acres, aims for 1,500 jobs by 2028, cementing UP’s status as a digital powerhouse.
