Following the opening of showrooms in Delhi and Mumbai, the American electric car company Tesla is set to establish a supercharging network across several major Indian cities. Tesla launched its operations in India last month with the Model-Y electric car, priced from ₹59.89 lakh ex-showroom. The company has been accepting bookings for the car for some time and deliveries are expected to commence from September. Prior to the car deliveries, Tesla is focusing on setting up its supercharging stations across the country.
