The ‘Mahila Samvad’ (Women’s Dialogue) program in Bihar has initiated a new approach to women’s empowerment. Launched by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the program was held at over 70,000 locations. It received lakhs of suggestions on various topics such as health, education, and social welfare. Based on these suggestions, the government will modify its schemes to better suit women’s needs and provide improved infrastructure.
