Winter holiday from 21 in the High Court, but the holiday has started today

Chhattisgarh High Court will have a winter holiday from December 21 to 31. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday is a holiday with the holiday of Guru Ghasidas Jayanti. Due to this, functioning in the High Court will be closed from Friday itself.

The judicial registrar of the High Court has declared a winter holiday from 21 to 31 December. During this time petitions can be filed in the Registrar General Office of the High Court. The registrar general office will also function during the winter vacation. Also, the vacation judges will also hear important matters. Special and urgent cases will be heard during the holiday. Immediate hearings and applications can also be made during winter vacation.

The cases will be listed in the court on December 21 and earlier. A Division Bench may also be constituted in case of any urgent situation arising during the holiday period. On leave, Justice RCS Samanta will hear the cases as a vacation judge. Winter holiday has been declared in the High Court from Monday. But meanwhile, on Friday, there will be a holiday on Baba Gus Ghasidas Jayanti. After this, there will be a holiday on Saturday and Sunday also.
