The seaplane service for Sabarmati Aerodromes launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Kevadia on the occasion of the 145th birth date of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel has been temporarily discontinued. This service has been temporarily discontinued after sea plane maintenance problems. The 19 seater sea plane will be sent back to the Maldives today.
Let us know that the sea plane formally started on 1 November. To travel in Sea Plane service, tickets were arranged at the Waterdrome in Kevadia and Ahmadabad. To avail this airline, a fare of 1500 rupees has to be paid. The fare in this plane is under fixed quota and its maximum fare is Rs 4800 per person.
The government’s plan is likely to benefit from this service in Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar, Assam, Maharashtra and Uttarakhand. Now know what is a sea plane? Actually it is a kind of airplane, which does not need runway to fly. This ship can also take off and landing with water.
